We traveled from Durand, WI to La Seul via 1950's Dehaviland Beaver with amphibious floats. This particular resort was only accessable by plane or boat ride across Lac Seul. The faciities were all decent, ours was equipped with electricity and running water. The staff at at Lac Seul Outposts were great. They cleaned all of our fish (cheeks included) and had plenty of Crown Royal ready for when we returned off the water. The fishing was a bit slow at first as it was the opener. Water temps were cold and ice just cleared the lake a day prior to our arrival. We caught between 50-70 fish per day per person. We got into some decent sized walleyes later on in the trip. It was common to have two people in the boat with 25 inch walleye on the line at the same time. I would definitely go back to Lac Seul Outposts, you can't beat that Canada fishing experience.
